And I bet I could still read Chicka-chicka-boom-boom to my strapping middle schoolers and they'd like it (we still enjoy pictures, or rather I enjoy them and they'll come by to see what I'm having so much fun with).<br /><br />I never thought of reading an alphabet book for pedagogy, which is odd because I homeschooled a bit for first grade. But we always read for pleasure.
